No cash on delivery. A 50% deposit confirms the order; the 50% balance is payable after courier collection and tracking confirmation. Full upfront payment is also accepted.

Customers must supply the VIN, engine or gearbox code, vehicle year and transmission details. Compatibility is confirmed against the information provided before purchase.

Condition & warranty

Each quotation or invoice states whether the unit is used, reconditioned or new, what is included, and the applicable warranty. Warranty claims remain subject to correct professional installation.

Pricing & VAT

Catalogue prices are not displayed. Written quotations confirm the current unit price, VAT position and delivery charge before payment.

Delivery

Nationwide delivery is quoted separately by destination. Tracking is supplied after collection, and delivery times are estimates from the courier.

Returns

Report a suspected fault promptly before dismantling or altering the unit. Returns and warranty assessments require the invoice, installation evidence and supporting diagnostic information.
